• 48 hours or more notice – full refund.
• Less than 48 hours notice–70% adventure credit or 50% refund.
• No-show, or late arrival – No refund. 50% adventure credit.

GROUP TOUR RESERVATIONS **

• 8 days or more notice – full refund.
• Less than 8 days notice–70% adventure credit or 50% refund.
• No-show, or late arrival – No refund. 50% adventure credit.

 VEHICLE RENTAL *

• 48 hours or more notice – full refund.
• Less than 48 hours notice–70% adventure credit or 50% refund.
• No-show, or late arrival – No refund. 50% adventure credit.

JET SKI RENTAL *

• 48 hours or more notice – full refund.
• Less than 48 hours notice–70% adventure credit or 50% refund.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Only if Premier Adventures considers necessary to reschedule our services due to bad  Weather Conditions, you can:

• Choose a different date.
• Full refund.

PRICES AND EXCHANGE RATES

All prices are quoted in US dollars but charges will be made to your credit card in  Mexican Pesos. We use the bank exchange rate of the day. Your bank  statement reflects the published dollar price.

Refunds will be processed minus the credit or debit card fee.
